CW offset added to Tune frequency in SSB and modulated in AM mode

When Tune mode is selected in SSB the CW offset is added to the carrier frequency in USB and subtracted in LSB. In AM mode the CW offset is used to Modulated the AM Carrier. In CW mode the offset is ignored and is the only mode that correctly transmits the carrier on the correct frequency without modulation. Please fix this by ignoring the CW offset in all modes for tuning.
