digital mode settings

With the DAX tx option in 1.1 we can now work normal split in RTTY.  Thanks Flex!!!

How about when DIGL or DIGU is selected that they each have a narrower tx filter set.  Right now it seems to use the voice settings and is not necessary.  When on RTTY I usually narrow it down quite a bit and then I have to remember to change it back for SSB.  Maybe the TX filters can be saved by mode?  Or at least differentiate between Digital modes and all others?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
