SWbemObjectEx: Access is denied installing 2.7.3

I'm getting a Runtime Error (at 2:624) SWbemObjectEx: Access is denied error while installing 2.7.3 on Windows 8.1 x64. I tried running the installer as administrator too. It happens after clicking all the OKs, Continues, etc, and choosing the install location. I accepted all the defaults. Any ideas?

    I have converted this topic to a support HelpDesk ticket (http://helpdesk.flexradio.com) for expedited issue resolution. If anyone else is experiencing an issue similar to this one, please submit a HelpDesk support ticket for issue resolution.
