I am very confused in what is included in "Basic Persistence". The Roadmap shows that "Basic Persistence" has been completed with V1.0. It is my understanding that basic persistence was to include: - BAND with last frequency, mode and power level - Band specific settings when the band buttons are pressed: Last Power Level, Mode and frequency for this band Where do these featured fall on the Roadmap??? Thanks.....Mark NU6X

Hmm. well this "Persistence" word is a relatively new one on me. I have never known technical software to NOT remember settings. Hence the not hearing the expression. Surely it just needs a look up table which is read on initialisation!. During operation this table is updated as the user changes parameters. For safety this table is backed up at this time also. I realise that due to the nature of the system it has many parameters to remember but its still only simple text.. no really a big deal! Really enjoying the 6000 experience though. Looking forward to the next update with DAX

    - BAND with last frequency, mode and power level - Band specific settings when the band buttons are pressed: - Last Power Level, Mode and frequency for this band These items are within the scope of advanced persistence, not basic. This will be included in SmartSDR v1.1

Don - that feature for the ATU is not slated for release 1.1
