How do I edit or create a turf file?

I notice region in the setup tab is for USA. How do I make a turf file for VK / region 3?Andrew VK5CV

    Options
    This is not something that a user can modify directly, as TURF files are used for regulatory compliance to restrict transmit on particular frequencies. However, if you want an IARU Region 3 TURF file for your VK radio, please submit a HelpDesk support (not enhancement) ticket (http://helpdesk.flexradio.com) and request one.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
