MON Button for SSB

Does the MON button work? I do not hear anything with the MON button enabled while I am talking. I am sure I am missing something here.

I think the audio level is just very low. I have to adjust the headset volume almost all the way up to hear anything. - Bob, W1RE

thanks Bob. Yes, you have to crank the audio almost all the way up and then crank the slice rx down to compensate so you dont blast your ears on rx.
