V0.16.4 When I first start SSDR... The RX EQ indicates its ON but until I move one of the EQ sliders it's off. Not a big issue, but should be on some list to fix...

V1.0 seems to exhibit the same behavior as 0.16.4. NO RX EQ until I move one of the EQ sliders up or down. Turning the RX-EQ ON-OFF doesn't seem to have an effect.

Once the RX-EQ is enabled by moving one of the EQ sliders, pressing the ON-OFF button then starts to work, just not before....

I have entered this behavior as a defect for further investigation.
