NB and NR Interaction Issue

v 0.16.4 and Windows 7. Noticed this a couple of times and it seems repeatable. Set NB up high - over 90%. 100% really shows off the issue. Turn on NR. Even with NR at 0, after a short time-constant, audio goes mute and can only be reinstated by turning off NR. Also, with high settings of NB, intermittent audio transients are present that are not otherwise apparent (best heard without NR on). The transient also appears on the S meter, but only if NB is on and up high. Operator misunderstanding/control misuse? Known issue? 73, Brad - N6SPM
