NB seems to fizzle out...

Listening to VK9LL this am on 80 cw; I always have power line noise to the SW from here on 80m; found a setting for NB that seemed to work, but after about 60 seconds, the blanking actions starts to fade....fixed already in 0.17.4 ? 73

    There are some changes coming, and they seem to be really good.. I will have to go find some line noise to verify :-) maybe some others can report their findings..
