Need to develop system for our large organization that needs a great number of units

I need to find an expert that I can email with to discuss how we might adapt a subset of the SDR1000 for our community. It would be best that it were someone sympathetic to our cause www.webpal.org and www.webpal.org/SAFEems/ I hove not found the button to send an email address
