WWVB 60 kHz Signal

I tuned into WWVB's 60 kHz signal today. On a dipole the 60 kHz signal was -110 dBm, just above the noise floor. Adjacent, at 59.375 kHz was a strong -75 dBm unmodulated(?) carrier. When I switched to my Pixel Loop antenna, WWVB jumped up to -82 dBm (S7+) and the 59.375 signal disappeared! It was very cool to see the WWVB carrier so strong here on the West Coast, and watch it drop at the end (begining) of each second. Does anyone know of some audio (sound card) software that will decode the AM pulses, and/or their new phase modulation signal? Below you can see the signal. Setup was = F6700 USB, tuned 600 Hz down, with very narrow audio bandwidth, and AGC off. John Stuart, KM6QX

John - I'm up here in Joplin and the Pixel Loop favored West tonight so WWVB was -75dB here in the booth. Please let us know if you find a decoder program. I'm having a blast doing LOW DX with the FLEX-6000 and the Pixel Loop!
