You may want to open it up and see if there is any corrosion on the blade fuse. Also, do you have a calibrated wattmeter? Mike va3mw1 -

Just a piece of advice.. If you are extending cables, which is ok, I highly recommend adding some Mix 31 or Mix 43 chokes to the cables to limit RFI pickup in both RX and TX. You can hide the chokes …1 -
