Have you tried a direct connection from the pc to the radio? This involves an Ethernet connection between the pc and the radio, bypassing the network. This would eliminate any network issues.1 -

Yes. There is some loss of capability that way. The 6400 actually has 3 antenna connections. There are the two that are mentioned in the question that can be used as rx and tx in the conventional way…1 -
