I also hear the crackling under Windows since 3.3.29 especially when the radio starts. I don't remember experiencing it under MacOS. Ignacy NO9E1 -

SmartSDR for Mac runs on M1. If need Windows, I use TeamViewer to connect to a PC onsite. On a Macbook with Intel, sometime the signal is scratchy when Parallels is running. No problem with the Teamv…2 -
