I had a challenge with my 1A2R switch from 4O3A and contacted them . Ranko said he would be at Dayton and was going to Vibroplex after so if I sent it to Vibroplex he would fix it there.... Received an email from Scott at Vibroplex saying Ranko was there and looking at it.... they emailed and phoned me to keep me in the loop and made arrangements to return it the next day... Great service and I really appreciate Scott taking a personal interest in my problem....4O3A makes great gear and the new relationship with Vibroplex means Stateside service is done well with personal attention .... can't get better than that!!!
