Solved my flexcontrol lag problem

I've posted a few times on here about having problems with the slice RX continuing to tune after I stop spinning the flexcontrol knob.  I adjusted FIFO buffers to no avail.  My computer has an on-board video card and that's what I was using...and also I'd been told that's most likely the source of my problem.

Well, while moving around some clutter in the shack, I came across an old EVGA geforce 9500 gt that's got 1GB DDR2 on it.  Well, I slapped that puppy in my box and well Win7 found the card, found the drivers, installed them and away I went.  One reboot later and I was back in business.

So, this cured the lag problem completely.  Tunes just as nice as my old 5K did.  Even better I didn't have to buy anything, just use what I had on the shelf.  

These cards are around $50 on eBay, so I've you've got a laggy box, due to your onboard video card, this may be your solution.
