Flex Control acting erratic near the edges of the display

When using the Flex Control near eather eage (within 1 inch of the edge) and you turn the tuning knob fast any dirction the frequency indication will sometime freeze up for a short time and other times the tuning will act erratic until you tune back away from the edge (1 inch or greater) Any one else having erratic behavior near the edges? I think someone reported the scrolling problem, this also occurs some of the time!
