Just a word of thanks to Tim, Katie, Greta and the rest of the FRS team.  My 6700 recently developed a problem with its Reference Oscillator.  Tim quickly diagnosed the problem and coordinated its return for service.  My unit was quickly repaired and returned.  It's working great again.  I couldn't ask for better service, thank you!

I'll second that! I recently upgraded from a 6500 to a 6700, and FRS took my 6500 in trade. It was amazingly simple and Matt was super responsive through the whole process. I have always had excellent service and response from Flex!
