Better controls for controlling passband envelope

It is not uncommon to want/need to adjust the low/high parameters of the passband envelope. A couple of example use cases are:

1) Adjacent station rejection: tweaking the passband evenelope at either the high or low end can help pull out a station from adjacent interference

2) Improving audio: Due to an stations audio, or simply the operators voice and band conditions, it can help to tweak the passband envelope to make the audio more intelligible .

On my old knob & dial K3S it was a trivial operation and one that I used surprisingly frequently. Unfortunately, it is quite finicky to so in SSDR (the widget is too small and the adjustment sensitivity via the mouse too high), and I don’t think it is possible to assign the function to the FlexControl.

I would suggest two things:

1) Allow adjusting low/high passband envelope (and for that shift/width) via FlexControl

2) Allow a modifier key to be used along with left mouse click to fine tune parameters such that movements of the mouse result in less change to the parameter.. I would suggest this to be the case through SSDR for any control. (It is not an uncommon metaphor)
