Radio had been working fine for just under two months. I powered it down (boot button) on Saturday for lunch went to boot back up after lunch and the Pwr Led does nothing. The "Aurora" led segment is on and listening closely I can faintly hear what I believe is a fan running. It has been powered down several times (over 12 hours) and cycled several times using different power outlets no help. All RF and computer connections were disconnected no help still will not boot. Tried remote on/off still no-go.

Placed a tech support request on Satureday was asked to do a reset which is not possible support request was transferred but I have not heard anything in about 2 days.

    My favorite… unplug it for 15 seconds, plug it back in and proceed!

    Have you tried pressing and holding the front panel power button to do a factory reset? I would take Larry's advice first, then try the reset.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
