Show TX Filter in Panadapter

in FLEX-8000 Signature Series

Hi,
After updating the firmware to 4.2.18 on my Flex 8600M, I can't enable the "Show TX filter on panadapter" option. In SmartSDR and the 8600M, it shows "disabled" in the window and can't be enabled. Is this a software bug?

    Flex provided this function, among others, but then chose to hold it back it from you for 30 days to comply with their divisive early access / subscription nonsense. You'll get it after the next update or else pay up to get it now.

    Thanks for the info. But what do I have to pay for since I already paid $199 for the subscription? Do I have to pay extra to unlock this feature?

    Hi Slav, the new features will be available approximately 30 days from the release date (4/28) of 4.2.18 for SmartSDR+ purchasers. You do not need to make any additional payments. Erik was just referencing the Early Access program (additional cost) where you can get the new features without the 30 day delay.

    Hi Len,
    Thanks for the info. I'm flying to the US in a few days and will be at the Hamvention in Dayton. It'll be great to meet the FlexRadio team and many of the hams.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
