也许是一个收发切换的BUG/Perhaps it's a bug in the send/receive switching mechanism.
Sorry, my English isn't very good, so I'll use Chinese. Today we're discussing a problem that I initially suspected was a hardware issue with my Flexradio6500 (EE2-12NUX T/R relay). It turns out everyone's 6300, 6400, and 6600 radios have the same problem: when using the Flex-6500 with a PA, regardless of whether I use an ACOM 1200S or ACOM A2100, and others using other PA models also experience the same issue—a failure to switch from TX to RX. After switching to an elecraft K3, this problem has never occurred, so the PA should be fine. According to reports, the problem isn't limited to CW mode; it also occurs in SSB. Our usual temporary solution is to retransmit, including pressing the PTT and KEY buttons. My CW delay is 0ms, QSK is OFF, and PTT Delay is 30ms. I remember this problem never occurred when using the radio alone, only when used with a PA. I used ChatGPT to analyze it, and it suggested the RF input might be from the PTT line. We think it's more likely a software bug. Have any of you experienced this? Or how do you completely resolve a problem once you encounter it?

... my 6500, 6400 and my current 6600 do(did) that too... Sometimes it doesn't happen for days or weeks, then suddenly it happens again out of the blue – it doesn't matter whether it's CW or SSB – the only thing that helps is to press the PTT and it works again! And as you described, this only happens when operating with a PA (in my case, for example, with four different brands, regardless of whether solid-state or tube). Different settings for CW delay/PTT delay/TX delay did not change or improve this behaviour, nor did various SSDR updates – it is what it is – FLEXRADIO... :-)
Oh yes, I have not (had) this ‘problem’ with any other TRX (brand).
Unfortunately, I can't help you with this, but I can confirm that this ‘bug’ really does exist!73's Hel

It happen to my 6600 too and I noticed it only on CW. You can try to set two of PTT outputs in paralel, one for PA PTT, second for Ohmmeter and when it happen both of them are active. For me it is a bug, not hardware fault. Now I'm using LAN PTT for my PGXL and all is OK.

Are the control commands for the TXn port independent? If they are independent, connecting them in parallel would greatly reduce the probability of problems. I'll try it. Thank you!
