Mouse Scroll over the Radio Panel

In SmartSDR, can it be made that the mouse scroll wheel moves the Radio Panel up/down instead of changing the VFO? Only when the mouse pointer is over the Radio Panel on the right side.

    I know this is an old topic, but I like the integration of the scroll wheel into the various options. BUT. This is a big but, I despise it changing my current frequency. The number of times where my mouse is nowhere near the active slice window and my use of the scroll wheel completely messes up my frequency is annoying. Just now I was using it to change the output power and it stopped changing the power and changed my frequency instead. No I don't want to always have to lock the frequency.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
