FLEX-6400 PA/Power Board Capacitor

I've determined that C64 located near the fuse on the PA/Power board has gone bad on me. Not shorted, but almost.

There is a group of four of them (C-62 to C-65) and I'm 99% sure they're the same value. I will replace all of them, since if one failed, I'd be dumb to not deal with all of them at the same time.

Does anyone know what they are? I'm guessing 100 nF, 25 or more Volts, X7R. I can check the good ones when I pull them, but I'd rather have all the details in advance so I can order replacements before doing the job. I don't like leaving projects in pieces for weeks at a time!

    I pulled all four of those MLCC caps. They appear to be 10 uF, X7R 1206. I couldn't find any with a rating higher than 25 volts, so ordered that. I replaced all four of them and the radio is functioning again. These things are pretty big compared to most of the components on the boards in this radio. There must be plenty of copper in the vicinity, as hot air didn't want to release them. But a small wedge tip on my soldering iron worked just fine.

    Thank you for sharing what you found. Flex doesn't like to share even basic details like this which could make repairs so much easier for us.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
