Smart SDR 4.1.5 will not find 6400 on my network

The previous software I had worked perfectly tried downloading 4.1.5 and installing and it will not show my 6400. There do nto seem to be any posts here for 4.1.5 so I'm not sure how to get help in correcting this

    Tried to go back to smart sdr 3.7.3 my previous version and it still will not connect to my radio. This is all messed up. I'm not sure what to do to be back on the air. Read through the notes a couple of times I just must not understand something.

    Did you import your old Profiles? This seems to cause a lot of problems. Also if you haven't done so, you should do a full factory reset. Power off the radio. Then disconnect the power supply for a few minutes. Reconnect the power supply. Press the power button on the radio and hold till the button back light turns white. Let go and let the radio do it's thing and reset. Once if finishes, power off. Let the radio sit a couple of minutes again and then power it up as normal. Once it boots up start SmartSDR and it should find your radio. If not, try a direct connection between the radio and your computer to rule out a network problem.

    I had the same problem, exported profiles and also unchecked "preferences at the bottom of

    export page. It nows works fine. Setup new profiles also.

    The Reset Process Worked. I tried this previously and it didn't help. It worked this time.

    It would be good to have a manual and I still would like to have sliders for various NR settings. as a ham I like to be able to experiment with settings. It just a ham thing.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
