AGC-T ?

So another question regarding AGC-T settings. So as per a paper Tim did on finding the knee of the curve in setting your AGC-T level. I do that in CW mode, (setting is on Fast) . But once I find the "knee" level, the software then keeps changing the level - usually upward.

So what am I missing or doing wrong? Or maybe just don't understand the procedure fully?

    Hi Paul,

Which software are you referring to that's resetting your AGC-T after you find the knee ? Never seen that happen here.

Hi Paul, if you are using SDC, that is the likely culprit. It will optionally adjust your AGC-T and/or your noise floor level.
