SmartSDR Error 0x88890004

I've been getting this error since I updated my 8600 to version 4.1.5. It pops up in batches of 5 or 6 every few hours. There's no obvious impact on operation of the radio - audio outputs operate normally. The actual error display is attached. Is this likely to be a bug in this release?

    Just raised it today, Len. Can't find a mention of the same problem anywhere. I've never had it before, and I've been running various Flex radios for years (5000, 6500, 6600 and now the 8600). I'll wait and see what the Flex guys have to say!

    The error code 0x88890004 can also be associated with other HRESULT error codes in Windows, which may indicate issues with audio streaming or device access. For instance, if the Windows Privacy setting for the Microphone does not allow certain applications to use it, it can lead to this error. Additionally, if the PC Audio feature is enabled but there is no default Windows Playback device, it can also cause this error.
    To resolve these issues, users should check their audio settings, ensure that the correct audio device is selected, and verify that the necessary permissions are granted to the applications. If the problem persists, users may need to troubleshoot further or consult the manufacturer's support for specific solutions.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
