downgrading version 4.1.15 to version 3.8.23 BUY 3.8.23

Why would I have to buy version 3.8.23 again when it was already in the radio.

I have been having problems with radio stopping even just monitoring. I wanted to try a good version that I hadn't had problems with. I am really Pizzed about now.

Anyone else have this problem? I have owned the 3000, 6300, 6500 now this 6400M and it's the only one that's driving me nuts.

Thanks

Terry

Hi Terry, downgrading does not cost anything, but it may not be the best solution.

Have you tried a factory reset yet? Sometimes this is all it takes. Be sure to export your profiles first.

Are you running remotely? A poor Internet connection can cause this, and is not related to the version you are running.

Are you connecting over WiFi or an Ethernet cable? All kinds of things have been known to disrupt WiFi.

Hard wired, have done 6-8 factory reset, When I down graded to 3.8.23 it showed a arrow in a circle and said BUY. Setting in front of radio, I do like smartcontrol. I will be talking away and the front of radio will say lost connection to maestro server. While it's looking to connect again I am talking and receiving on computer just fine. Radio is trying to find maestro.

I still don't know why it would say buy v 3.8.23 when it's loaded in radio and I installed it.

Hi Terry, I think you should submit a help desk ticket. Flex Support will know what to do.
