New NR experiments ?

I wonder if others here have info to share about adventures with the new NR features within SSDR+ ? I have tried to see what combinations work the best for very weak CW . So far my best results seem to with NRS . Still some strange background artifacts, but NRS has made the difference between no intelligible copy versus clear copy (with headphones on ).

I tries uploading a video showing the new filters doing an awesome job of eliminating a birdie on 12 meters using the ANFL.

  • Hi,
I've tried different filter combinations on CW and the only ones I've found that don't greatly distort the signal are NR, APF, NRL. These together or individually make very little improvement in S/N ratio, but they don't seem to make things worse.
The fact that I read some glowing reviews of the new filters leads me to believe I'm doing something wrong, but I don't know what. - Jim Ad0AB

It would be nice if Flex staff could make some videos of each NR option and demonstrate on live signals . They have verbally described but I have not seen them do a live demo.
