Licensed SmartSDR+ but refresh says "none" - Features not activated

I licensed SmarftSDR+ for my 6400 a few weeks ago. Today, I installed 4.1.3 but when I click on "refresh", it comes back and says "Subscription: None"

Now I created a Help Desk ticket with all the info they requested and a screen capture of the "Settings | Radio" screen. But if someone knows what I need to do, then please share and I will cancel the ticket.

I suspect that I must have missed something after I paid. I have confirmation but it never asked me for the serial number so I don't know how it will get it done.

Note that my 6400 is remote but I update the radio via a RemotePC link to a local computer on the LAN in Florida. However, I paid for the license from my home computer in California

    I manage two remote 6400 radios. One is mine the other is our club's on Palomar Mountain (~5600 feet). I also have two computers and when I subscribed, I used the computer that manages the club's remote. So it registered the S/N of the club's radio. Flex did their magic and switched the license to my 6400. This was the first time they had to do this so they were also learning.

    Lesson learned: If you manage more than one Flex, be careful how you do this :-)

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
