After upgrading several bands no longer work + no spectrum display on 40m

My Flex6600 was working fine until upgrading to the latest version of SSDR and upgrading the Flex6600 firmware.
Now when I try to select 80m, 30m or 20m I get no cursor on SSDR, no audio and the display scale doesn't update either - the frequency scale at the bottom of the spectrum display stays on the scale of the previous band selected.
On 40m I get no spectrum display showing but I do get a waterfall and audio.
160m, 60m and bands 17m to 6m all appear fine. When I change band on SSDR, I hear the relays chatter inside the unit, so I assume it's configuring itself correctly.
Has anyone seen something similar to this before after an update?
I also did a reset on the radio (Switch off, remove DC supply, etc) - this has made no difference.

Hi Ian, it sounds like you did a cold boot, but not a factory reset. Export your profiles, then do a factory reset (turn off the radio, then hold the power button until it turns white). If that doesn't fix the issue, submit a help desk ticket.

Was that a full factory reset? Switch off, remove DC, wait 2 mins, press the power button for 5 seconds until it turns white, boot, do not reimport profiles and test? At first I omitted the 5 seconds factory reset part and it was not until I did that the quirks were resolved. I then imported profiles saved prior to the update. If you did then of course it could be ticket time.

An update since my first post.
I installed SSDR onto another win11 PC on the same network as my Flex6600. Suprise! all bands working on this installation of SSDR. I have also installed Station Pilot on my original PC and that works on all bands correctly as well.
So this means my original PC installation of SSDR is at fault. I have uninstalled it, uninstalled the dax drivers, etc, rebooted then re-installed and rebooted. Still the same issue. Somewhere on my PC there must be lurking old files or register entries causing issues.
Is there a help file that shows you how to completly remove all traces of Flex SSDR and its drivers that must be causing this issue?

I would not try to remove anything without guidance from Flex. Probably a good time to submit a help desk ticket.
