Note that TX Band settings is information only where power is concerned. Power is not set here. Use the GUI and the tune slider. You should set the tune power for each band you use. Those bands where it is currently 30+ watts can be adjusted to 15, or whatever, and then when all done save your settings as part of a transmit profile. This document includes reference to tune power and transmit profiles.

I get it. I'll clarify, The 30+ watts are viewed on my LP-100 watt meter as it tunes the AT-Auto tuner. When it shows me that the tuner has tuned to 1.09 SWR the power out shows 30+ watts. I did set the tuner power in the TX Band settings to 15 watts for each band i use, or going to use. I'll look into this slider as you describe.

OK I guess I need to state I'm using the 8400M model. Ive looked in to the slider. I found it under the MIC screen labeled TUNE. And it corresponds to the setting I have in the TX Band settings..
