Check for latest update on Smart SDR Sartup and look to see where Smart SDR is installed.

First this may have been suggested before, but Smart SDR should look to see If there is a newer version on the server when it starts. At least have a switch to check or not.

Also, a lot of other installers do this I do not see why Smart SDR installer does not. Look to see where it has been installed in the past (look in the registry) and install there. IE My system I have it installed on my D: Drive not C:\program files…… to save space on my C: drive which is my system drive not my program drive no matter what Microsoft says.

There will be some kind of excuse as to why this can’t happen, but I figured I would post anyway.

I'm of mixed minds on this … when I fire up SmartSDR, there is often some urgency (ie I left the contest start-up to the last minute 😂).

Generally, I would like a transient pop-up message to alert to a new version, but then have it disappear and get out of the way fairly quickly. So as not to interrupt my late-ness 🤣 Thus, I up-voted this, but would like non-obtrusiveness.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
