loss of 10 and 40 meters

6400 v4.0.1

can not select 40 or 10 meters. radio reboots every time. have tried restarts , power off computer restarts etc

also trying to directly enter freq like 7.150 just reboots the radio.

all started with V4

one or two slices open doesn't matter

anyone else seeing similar?

    Hi Troy, you mention restarts. Did you also do a factory reset? If you did and it didn't help, try connecting your computer directly to the radio to see if that solves it. If it does, then you likely have a network problem. If that and a factory reset don't help, submit a help desk ticket.

    It sounds like your internal database is corrupted. As mention by @KD0RC To fix this, perform a factory reset. Don’t forget to export your profiles before the reset.

    factory reset resolved the issue.

    so far im not liking the issues presented with V4. Up to this point the 6400 was pretty rock solid and dependable then v4 came along………

    @Troy NW1B Glad to hear I have run into this multiple times during upgrades.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
