CAT error when starting SSDR v4.01

Sometimes it shows "Not present". Sometimes I get a windows error. Sometimes it starts normally (not often). Sometimes it stays active after I shut SSDR down (I leave it alone till I shut the computer down).

Anybody have any thoughts?

    @Rich M5RIC not sure if I had it with 3.9.19. But I recall reporting it in another thread.

    Seems its the same issue anyway, best way is to open a ticket so Flex can track it.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
