dimensions of the Tuner Genius XL

For the planning and design my new shelf - the manual says:
Dimensions: 11.8” W x 13.8” D x 5.9” H (30cm W x 35cm D x 15cm H)
Are these height dimensions inclusive of the foot stands?
Is the depth inclusive of the protruding PL-259 connectors on the back?

I'm standing by with saw and screwdriver ;-) - Thanks for any answers!

    Height is inclusive.

    Depth is not inclusive. There is a further 0.5" protrusion accounted for by the connectors.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
