No tuner icon on Maestro running SDR 4.0

in Tuner Genius XL

I use to see the Tuner Genius icon on the Maestro. Now, with TG 1.2.11 and SDR 4.0 the notification shows when the TG connects, but no operational icon button appears as it use to. The TGXL icon still works fine. The TG icon use to work, but doesn't now. Any ideas?

    TGXL v1.2.17 is required for the TGXL integration feature (added a few version back) to work. It's on 4O3A's website which you can reach using the "The latest 4O3A Genius …" link at the top of this page.

    It still has some bugs which I'm told by Flex 4O3A is currently working on (ymmv). But if you upgrade to that version, you'll see the Icon appear on the M and the TGXL window appear in SSDR. If it doesn't, submit a support ticket.

    1.2.17 at my side make the radio crash very often.

    Unusable as it is right now

    Thank you all for the help. With 1.2.17 up the icon works. I haven't had problems with crashes . . YET.

    Hi rssutton9,

    Glad it's working now. Question: are you seeing the power bar and the swr bar actually function in that new TGXL window in SSDR now ? While I get the window itself, the indicator bars in it basically don't work and nothing I or anyone at Flex has been able to figure out fixes it. So weird …

    Hi F4BPO,

    I have had a really hard time with crashes too. Flex has spent hours trying to figure out why (along with the TGXL power and swr indicator bars not working) to no avail. Ultimately, several factory resets (follow the whole procedure) and upgrading to v4 has reduced them considerably. Also, very surprisingly, upgrading from WIN10 to WIN11 actually helped as well. I still get them but no where near as frequently. Worth a try ?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
