Problems With Smart SDR With the IMAC

in SmartSDR for Mac

I am having some problems with Smart SDR with the MAC OS (IMAC) MAC OS Monterey 12.7. I do not see my water fall only a gray screen (See attached photo) And I do not know how to change the "Step" to change frequency faster or slower ? And I noticed when it is connected. And I am not seeing nothing showing up on FR stack connected like I normally would.

    Have you tried doing an app de-install and reinstall? I have cleared up problems in the past by doing this.

    the IMAC is to old and wont update and the Mac Book air wont run it not enough ram or processor. So I going to have to upgrade to a new IMAC.

    hi James,

    I just upgraded my MAC Mini M1 to an M4.

    Best But and Apple have the base model (16 GB RAM, 256 GB storage) for $499. MicroCenter has it for $449 and the MicroCenter near me is only 3.5% sales tax (in one of the larger cities here in NJ).

    You mightwNt to look and compare the Mini to the iMAC.

    Yes they are going to open up a new Micro Center near me here at the old FRY's BLG in Austin TX off Mopac (Loop 1) at Parmer Lane net year. Cant wait. But I can always shop the PX at Fort Hood Texas too. Thanks.
