SmartSDR Mac: Dim Panadapter on 8400

When I connect to my 8400 locally with SmartSDR Mac the Panadapter is very dim. I have Disp->Color Gain set to 30. If I change it up or down 1 the problem goes away during the session. Changing the band also resolves the issue. This issue only occurs after the first connection to the 8400 after booting.
This doesn't occur over a remote Smartlink SmartSDR Mac, or Windows, iPad, iPhone or Maestro.

Does anyone else have this issue?

I've reported to Marcus and he hasn't seen this issue and is not able to reproduce.

    Please report to Marcus in the app - feel free to say it seems like you have that same issue K0GB reported yesterday. Its good to know I'm not a unicorn!

    I just did. I also sent him screenshots of the issue, along with my DISP settings. Let's see what he comes up with. It's no fun being a unicorn, despite the popular wisdom.
