SWR reading different in ATU Radio Panel in SmartSDR vs Tuner Genius XL

in Tuner Genius XL

Running 8400M / v4.0.1
Both the ATU and Tuner Genius tune my antenna
When I tune with the ATU for 20M for example I get 1.19:1 (TGXL off)
When I tune with TGXL same band antenna, I get 1.05:1 (TGXL on and ATU greyed out) and the ATU SWR will show 1.20:1.

So, when tuning with each respective method, should I go by its SWR reading and disregard the other?

This may be OCD on my part…

    Hi Bill, You will always get slight variations when the sample points are at different places in the line. Also, there is no practical difference in 1.05 vs 1.20. Either match is well within the ability of the equipment, and will make no discernable difference to the listener at the other end.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
