Problem with V4

in SmartSDR for Windows

Hi all.

I downloaded V4 without a hitch and used it with my 6700 flawlessly until I tried to change to 17mts.

The rig temporarily closes and then re-starts and a message appears saying the program has lost contact please restart. I then need to close the program and restart it and create a slice.

I have tried simply typing each of the bands into the Flag in turn without any other programs running and the only failure is 17mts.

Anyone suggestions.

    Thanks Al ,

    Factory reset worked but loading old profiles **** it again.

    Second reset and new profiles working fine.

    Duncan,

    I would recommend, exporting your profiles and do a factory reset. Then test 17m again, If that works, import your profile and see if 17m still works. if it still fails contact the help desk.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
