10 MHz Reference Output FLEX-8600

Is there a way to continuously output the 10 MHz reference, even when the radio is turned off? Is there a standby mode that only powers the GPSDO/10 MHz output?

I suppose I will need to answer my own question, as there have been no responses.
It appears that it was important to keep the GPSDO on for the FLEX 6700 whether the radio was on or off, but it appears that it is OK with the 8600 to turn it off with the power and allow it to warm up on each boot. So, no.
For my other 10 MHz reference frequency purpose, I purchased a Leo Bodnar unit.0
