How to use Power Over Ethernet (PoE) to power your Antenna Genius Remotely

When I contacted 403a support, I was surprised to learn that Antenna Genius does not support POE for the antenna switch. For a product so well built and sophisticated, I knew it had to be me. My goal was to mount this outside near the antennas so getting  12v to the switch was important.

But of course, being a resourceful ham and unwilling to give up, I found an inexpensive solution.

All you need is a USD $12 dollar adapter. It is working perfectly and provides gigabit Ethernet and 12vdc 2 amp output.

Hopefully, this will help you regardless of where you are mounting your switch. It is silly in 2025 to not be able to support PoE.

That is really cool! I have a lot of PoE devices on my network and I was searching exactly to something that I could use with 4o3a Switch as it does not support PoE, I just want to run 2 cables, one for the network and another for the antennas and this is will save the day. :D
