two licenses needed?

I have an 8600 with v3 SDR software. Currently the radio is in Texas on vacation ;-). A friend had a 6400 that he wanted to sell rather cheap so I bought it as a back up. The 6400 has v2.12 software. The question: Do I need a separate v3 purchase for the 6400 or would it be included under my 8600 license.

    I should add, the other op did not remove his name or call from the radio before I got it.

    I think I answered my own question, the license is specific to the radio and not operator. So a second purchase is needed. I wonder if they are having a special? lol

    Well, if you need multiflex on both radio, then yes. If you don’t need multiflex on the 6400, it con be left on V2. Both versions can be on the pc, and just use whichever is needed.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
