Flex 6000M / N1MM Problem Decoding 2nd Slice for CQWW RTTY Contest

I am preparing for CQWW RTTY Contest this Weekend. I will be using SO2R. All is working fine on the first Slice. However, I cannot get the 2nd slice to print any RTTY signals. In the DAX panel, I get an error that says "This channel not selected in a SmartSDR Slice - select channel using DAX Button on slice Flag." I have tried everything I can think of and cannot get that error to go away nor get any RTTY printout on the second slice. A screen shot is attached. Any ideas how to get rid of this error and get things printing on the second slide?

Any suggestions appreciated.

Hi Al, on the second slice, open the DAX window and select 2.

Do you mean by using the SDR Software? If so, I have done that many time with no luck.

Thanks to all who have given me suggestions.

I seemed to have solved the problem - almost by accident. I keep an N1MM Data base for each calendar year. Just for the heck of it, I loaded my 2024 data base and called up the CQ WW RTTY Contest. To my surprise, everything started working on the second slice! Better yet, I reverted back to 2025 data base and called up the one that I had been testing with no progress and it was now printing on the second slice! Somehow, there must have been some configuration parameters from last year's contest that got set when I called it up and, to my surprise, carried over to the 2025 version when I called it up.

So, it looks like I am good to go. Thanks again, all, and hope to see you in the contest.
