Seamless Integration of Outdoor Tuner

I have a dual antenna coupler/tuner with the following I/O
+/- power supply
+12 volt signal wire to initiate tuning
+12 Volt signal wire from Coupler during tuning (Back to radio/it powers an led on control box while tuning is in progres)
+Antenna selector cable +12 volts = ANT 1 0V = ANT 2
+12 power source
I am using the Flex 8400 / PGXL / TGXL / Antenna Genius with Output module
Currently I have the output module switching power to tuner based upon band selection in the antenna genius table
Is there a way to program FLEX 8400 accessories port to send a tune command to coupler (+12V) if "TUNE" is selected in SMART SDR and inhibit transmit RF while +12 signal (In use) is being received from tuner?
Thank you

In furtherance to the previous post , I can confirm that the Antenna Coupler uses the same protocol and wiring as Kenwood and Icom outdoor tuners.
There:
Tune button
In Tuning LED indicator|
3 Position Switch for Antenna A or B
Setting switch to Middle grounds both antenna0
