CW filter changes on s SDR for MAC

The CW filters have changed on my program and I cant restore them to factory settings. The center, high, & low have shifted and I can not save the changes that I make to restore them.

Have others had this issue? I have re installed and updated the program and no improvment. The filters for other modes are fine, and the CW filters are fine when using the Maestro, and 2 other windows PC's.

Any suggestions?

What happens when you click on the filter setting in the slice flag, and choose one of the predefined filter values? See below:

Also, are you using memory locations to go to specific frequencies? If so, remember that filter settings for each memory are saved, and that may be leading you astray.

If none of this helps, you could try a complete de-install of SmartSDR using a free app called “AppCleaner.” It grabs any and all files associated with an app, and allows you to delete them. It’s available here: https://freemacsoft.net/appcleaner/

It will go to that filter but the low, high, & center f are all wrong! All other modes are fine, and all of the CW filters are correct using the Maestro, smart sdr for windows etc.

Thanks, I just removed the entire program and re installed it and everything is fine now. There must have been a strange glitch that got into the program that only had an effect on the CW filters.

I usually blame it on cosmic particles.

    Glad you got it fixed!
