Connect refused on WSJT by Server??

New PC with Windows 11 and latest WSJT-X, running SDR v3.9.19 on Flex 6500.

I did a side by side comparison between old and new PCs on the set up screens. One difference on the WSJT app is a new Update Hamlib widow on bottom of the Radio Screen Window. Other than that the screens are identical.

I got the receive part going, but getting an error on the transmit part. It is a long WSJT error giving lots of info, but the part that I think is stopping everything may be coming from windows. "Connect to LOCALHOST:5200 failed, (trying next interface): Network error 10061:No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it"

Is this a config error or something else? All other settings appear to be correct and audio from the radio is getting into WSJT and messages are being decoded.

Tnx, W5XR

You are not by some chance making a typo in the Network Server entry but trying to use port 5200 instead of 5002? Maybe not of course but those errors often relate to port selection issues.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
