TGXL, PGXL firmware updates with a Mac

in SmartSDR for Mac
I am running a local Flex6600 station that I connect to with an M1 Mac. I run the SmartSDR for Mac application (v. 2.9.70). Can I perform a firmware upgrade to my TGXL and PGXL using the Mac, or via SmartSDR for Mac? Or do I have to find a Windows PC to perform the updates?

    No, I never received a response answering my question. The instructions I've seen are all for computers running Windows. I've submitted at ticket to 4O3A. When I hear back I will post here.

    Never received a response from 4O3A to my ticket, so I just borrowed a Windows laptop to perform the updates.
