Shutdown 8600 via Smartsdr?

in SmartSDR for Windows
Is it possible to shutdown the 8600 via smartsdr or do i always have to manually power down the box from the button on the front after exiting SMARTSDR?

    Hi Phil, there is no shutdown command in SmartSDR. You either need to press the front power button or use the REM ON jack on the back of the radio. The REM ON jack is useful if your radio is not in easy reach or if you are operating remotely. To use it remotely, a cheap WiFi switch is a good way to go.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
